We've Never Seen An American Before!

We were walking down the street with some elders. One of them is American too. As we were walking there were a bunch of high-school boys and they said,"I've never seen an American before! Can we take a picture?!?!" so the other elder from Utah and I took some pictures with some Peruvians. They were so excited. If you see a picture on Facebook of me with some high school boys let me know lol. The people are so interested in Americans. We had FHE with a family and they turned on some music so that I would sing for them. They played jingle bells and they were all singing. I joined in and then they all got quiet because they wanted to hear how i pronounce the words. It was so funny and awkward.

I am slowly understanding a little more Spanish and am able to have small conversations with people. I just guess what they're asking and hopefully I say the right thing. But the people here are so patient and nice.

We are teaching this 11 year old girl right now. Her brother is a member and her dad is an inactive member. She's usually busy and doesn't have time for lessons but this week we were able to teach her three times. She wants to get baptized but her parents thinks everything is happening to fast so pray for Rosario and her family pleasee! It's amazing to see all the little miracles that happen everyday. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are aware of us. They are blessing us everyday. Try to look for the miracles or blessings in your life today.

Love you all!!!
