Thanksgiving

heyyyy everyone!! Happy thanksgiving!! I hope you all had a wonderful week!

This week flew by! 

Mon: P-dayyy! we went to conache...which is like a park. we played volleyball with the zone and also hung out in the sand dunes. so much fun but I also got fried. we then went to the mall in Trujillo and ate papa johns with the STL´s. super fun day!!

Tues: We ate so much food! It was my birthday (thanks for all the birthday wishes..i love you all so much) so we ate cake with my district. Afterwards we went to a recent converts house and ate lomo saltado because it was his birthday too. It was so yummyyy. Our pensionista also made us a cake for my birthday. We then visited our investigator Genesis because it was her birthday too woo hooo!! 

Wed: Helped this lady decorate her christmas tree and her house for christmas! super fun. Taught Lucia and her daughter and her granddaughter too. Everytime we visit her we find a new person to teach. We also taught English, which is always a party.

Thurs: happy thanksgiving!!!  We had apple pie which is the closest food we ate related to thanksgiving. We had multi-zone conference with elder Zeballos of the seventy. It was really good. President and his wife also spoke and it was soo good. The spirit was so strong. God is all powerful, all knowing, he cares for each one of us, he knows how to help us, he is there for us anytime and in any place.

Fri: Our ward had an activity and there was a good turn out. Alot of members came and particapated. We also had eight of our investigators come to our activity!! This activity was like a carnival. Everyone had alot of fun!

Sat: All of our appointments got canceled but it was still a really good day. We went to a baptism with two of our investigators and it made them excited for their baptism. After the baptism we helped cleaned a house so that they come to church on sunday. After our first service, we got a call and was asked to help clean the church. We were then contacting people in the streets and we got another call to help someone move. Super crazy, exhausting, but fun day!

Sun: church!!!! 5 investigators came to church which isn't too bad but we had 10 the last week so we will do better this coming sunday:) Had appointments with members which is always fun. Had another appointment with genesis, jesus, and their mom. She is thinking about letting them get baptized! little by little and with lots of prayers...genesis and jesus will be baptized!!
