Utah Dos
Heyyyyyy!!!
Mon: we went to La Granja Porcon! We saw some cool statues, hugged some trees as therapy, pet some llamas and saw a bunch of animals. At night we had Family Home evening with the Diaz Family. They gave us homemade yogurt and their daughter made us this cute little drawing <3
Tues: i felt like i was going to get transferred so we visited some members. We alsl visited some of our friends. Dont remember much sry
Wed: got transfer news and found out i was going back to trujillo. Packed my bags in the morning. Had our last lunch with our Pensionistas family. It was the saddest thing ever. We eat there with another of set sisters. They are my family and it was so sad to leave them. We said our goodbyes and people were crying and it was such a tender moment. Its amazing how fast you can love someone. We had some lessons and ward council. We said goodbye to some more members :") i am going to miss cajamarca and the people here so much....no im not crying while this ;) got on the bus at 10:30pm to trujillo
Thurs: arrived in trujillo at 6 am and then we went ans rested for a few hours. We went to the church for transfers and saw all my comps and friends. I am now in Chimu with hermana Strömsdörfer! I went from the biggest area in the mission to the smallest...its literally 13 blocks. Its a 15 minute walk from limit to limit. But the people here are amazing!
Fri: its so loud here during the night! There are parties, dogs, babies crying, and the chickens in the morning are so loud haha. Had a lesson with Julio! He is super funny. For some reason he thinks Im from Utah eventhough i told him and my comps told him I was from idaho. He kept calling me "utah 2" jajaja
Sat: we were in a trio for two days while one of the sisters was waiting for her Companion to get here. We dropped her off at the mission offices and we saw all the new missionaries and also some of my old comps!! We had a few lessons and helped clean the church at the end of the day.
Sun: we picked up one of our friends to go to church. Hes an older guy and was totally sleeping during church but at least he came. We visited some members. I am so grateful to be here on the mission. I hit my 14 month mark today! Time just keeps flying and Im so grateful to be here!!!
1 Nefi 21
16 Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me
Eventhough sometimes we feel like we are alone we are not. We are engraven in the palms of our savior. He knows us perfectly.
